United House
Sirona Recovery’s housing programming provides strengths-based case management and peer support services to empower members of our community on their path toward building and sustaining a more meaningful life.

United House offers permanent supportive housing with 24 units managed by Cardinal Capital. As part of the Housing First initiative, this housing is offered to individuals with special needs who are experiencing chronic homelessness through a low-barrier approach without preconditions of treatment or sobriety.

Sirona Recovery provides supportive services onsite through a Care Coordinator and two Peer Supports who provide one-on-one and group services. United House has project-based subsidy units and is also open to individuals with Section 8 vouchers, MyHome tenant-based vouchers, and fair market.
