Dodge County - Comprehensive Community Services
Sirona Recovery is partnering with Dodge County to provide services for those who are coping with a mental health and/or substance use disorder. This voluntary program is designed to empower individuals to play an active role in their own treatment and recovery to achieve their personal life goals and visions.

Who is Eligible
- Must be 18 years or older
- May not be currently incarcerated
- Living with opioid or stimulant use concerns
Please Note: Outpatient treatment services will only be offered for participants at Dodge County Human Services office locations.
From Intake to Recovery
- This is a voluntary program. Participants will have the option to stay in the program for as long as they need. Additional referrals to other community programs will be established prior to discharge.
- OTC staff will contact all new referrals within 48 hours to complete an intake and schedule an assessment.
- Participants will be assigned to a Recovery Support Specialist and meet within seven days. Together, they will work on identifying goals, strengths, and barriers. The Recovery Support Specialist will help participants connect with community resources and provide support.
- Each participant will meet with their Recovery Support Specialist weekly for case management.
- Participants with Medicaid will be screened for Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program. If found eligible, they will be dually enrolled in the OTC and CCS program.
- Once per month, participants will have a team meeting with members of their identified support system to review the Individualized Recovery Plan.
- Referrals are accepted from all sources; determination of program eligibility will be made by OTC staff.
