Recovery Support Coordination (RSC)
RSC is a program of Milwaukee County’s Behavioral Health Division (BHD), Community Access to Recovery Services (CARS) network. RSC is open to Milwaukee County residents age 18 and older with a substance use or co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions.
RSC is a strengths-based case management model that assists clients with substance use or co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions to establish their own path to recovery. RSC Case Managers assist clients to create an individualized recovery plan of care. During weekly meetings, RSCs assist with service planning and coordination to help clients meet the goals in their recovery plan. The first step to be considered for RSC services is an Access Point referral which will determine a client’s need for recovery services and the level of care needed.

Access Point
The First Step on the Journey to Recovery

Get started by contacting Sirona Recovery for an assessment to learn which services are the best fit.

An assessment will be scheduled for a specific appointment and typically takes 1-1/2 to 2 hours. This in-depth screening may include questions about mental health history, drug and alcohol use, and other areas of life for you or your loved one.

With this information, the Sirona Recovery Access Point staff can connect you to the appropriate programs, level of care, and services that meet your interests and needs. If eligible, Access Point will connect you with a Recovery Support Coordinator (RSC) who can connect you with community-based resources for success.
